D3 will better protect against various infections etc. D3 also has a role on healthy male hormones (testosterone etc). Zinc is the other mineral that has important effect on health immunity. Example during Covid, when people got covid... many lost smell and taste ability for a while. The primary reason for that is because the body was low on Zinc, and then the body mobilized the limited Zinc storages stored around the nose area to help build immuninitycells quickly. But zinc in that area also impacts ability to smell and taste. So when the body (immunesystem) quickly draws out that zinc to use instead for emergency... therefor people lost smell and taste abilities for some time (until zinc got built up again). If a person is dehydrated, then they will have colored pee. So make sure to keep hydrated (not overconsume, but at least 2-3 liter of liquid through the day from drinking and food). And yes high dosage of b vitamins will give colored pee. BUT it does not mean that ALL the b vitamins were in excess. It does not mean "too many". But it does mean that was not able to fully utilize 100% of all the dufferent b vitamins in the formula. Its normal. Just be carefull with B-100 and such mega-mrga dosages.

Yes, women, especially if still fertile monthly periods.. Will often have problems with flushing out too much B vitamins and Iron. So good idea for women to supplement both B vitamins and Iron. It will often also reduce PMS issues.

Just 1 very important error to fix in your supplement routine!. D3 shpuld always be combined with K2. (And some magnesium is also recommended). You can either add K2 supplement, or find a combination formula of D3+K2. (Personally i use NOW brand on Iherb. Or DoctorBest brand. But many ok brands). But you do need to add K2 when supplementing with D3, or you can ironicly increase several dangerous health risks. Including Osteoporosis, calcification of arteries, hearth attacks, etc. D3 and K2 works together!. One makes sure the flow of calcium, the other maies sure it gets deposited in/out of correct areas. Its ironic that countrues who consume a lot of milk, but without D3 and K2 often has higher bone fractures and arterie cloggings from calcium. D3 is half the job, but without the K2 supplement it can become even bigger problem. Edit: D3 also has 100s of other functions in the body. The body has plenty of D3 receptors, and D3 is actually a hormone (not a vitamine:) but when tjey discovered D3, they did not know it was a hormone. So its still called a vitamine. Anyway, important to add K2 to your diet that is inline with your D3. There are calculatirs online.

The wife should explain to her family that her husband is not a human ATM machine and it should be better not to shower the woman's family with gifts because the more they would expect. Just my opinion. It's okay to help but not always. That's what I did to my family. I told them not to expect anything to my boyfriend because he is not rich and also in a foreigners view it's not their obligation to support his partner's family. The earlier you explain the less trouble you can get.
